These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website charlotteairductchimney.com and any services provided by Charlotte Air Duct & Chimney ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or requesting a service estimate, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Charlotte Air Duct & Chimney provides chimney cleaning, chimney repair, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney cap and damper installation, and HVAC inspection services in Charlotte, NC and the surrounding 35-mile service area. All pricing is subject to on-site assessment. Promotional specials (including the $79 chimney cleaning special and $99 air duct cleaning special) apply to qualifying properties and are subject to availability.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Free estimates are provided prior to all work. We provide flat-rate, upfront pricing. No additional charges will be added without your prior approval. Promotional pricing is valid for standard single-family residential properties within our service area that meet qualification criteria communicated at time of booking.
3. SMS Messaging Terms
📱 SMS Terms — Anat Air Duct Cleaning (10DLC Compliance)
1. This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications from Anat Air Duct Cleaning.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to charlotteairductchimney@gmail.com / (980) 518-7754.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled subject to technician availability. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Limitation of Liability
Charlotte Air Duct & Chimney carries general liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural defects, deterioration, or damage not caused by our technicians. We will document pre-existing conditions before beginning work.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the service performed, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the property of Charlotte Air Duct & Chimney and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
